Litigation support services provide independent structural engineering evaluations and expert testimony in support of legal matters involving alleged structural distress or damage. Services are performed in accordance with professional engineering standards and ethical obligations, with opinions limited to clearly defined structural issues relevant to the case.

Services may be provided for plaintiff, defense, or as a neutral expert, depending on the needs of the matter.

Typical engagement process includes:
  • Initial attorney consultation to confirm ethical alignment, define scope, review available case materials, and identify the central structural questions at issue
     

  • Targeted site inspection and analysis, followed by a narrowly scoped engineering report documenting observations, relevant data, and professional opinions specific to the litigation

  • Deposition and trial testimony, when requested, consistent with the engineer’s documented findings and professional judgment
